Letezdo Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by Letezdo (an AI academic writing assistance platform, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility & Core Principles

1.1 All refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team for verification and confirmation. No automatic refunds will be processed without prior review.

1.2 Refund assessment is based on professional certification of service non-compliance—specifically, when the AI-generated content, writing assistance, or related services provided fail to meet the agreed-upon requirements (e.g., topic relevance, academic standards, structural specifications) after professional evaluation.

1.3 We prioritize service remediation and customer experience. For eligible refund requests, we follow this order of resolution:

Step 1: Offer one free supplementary writing service (revised or re-generated content) to address the non-compliance;

Step 2: If the supplementary service still fails to meet your requirements, or if the service cannot be fulfilled as requested (e.g., technical limitations for highly specialized topics), provide a 50% partial refund of the order amount by default;

Step 3: Upon mutual negotiation and confirmation of exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe service defects, irreparable non-compliance), a 100% full refund may be approved.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

2.1 Dissatisfaction with the service due to personal preferences (e.g., subjective dislike of writing style) without objective evidence of non-compliance;

2.2 Failure to clearly communicate requirements at the time of order placement, leading to perceived mismatches;

2.3 Modification of original requirements after service delivery;

2.4 Orders for customized services that are completed in accordance with the agreed parameters (e.g., specific topic, word count, academic level);

2.5 Free trial services, promotional offers, or discounted orders (unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms);

2.6 Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after service delivery.

3. Refund Request Process

Order number (found in your confirmation email);

Detailed description of the service non-compliance (e.g., how the content failed to meet requirements);

Relevant evidence (e.g., order requirements screenshot, service delivery file, professional evaluation report if available);

Preferred resolution method (optional: supplementary service or refund).

3.3 Our customer service team will review your request within 3–5 business days and conduct a professional certification of the service compliance.

3.4 We will notify you of the review result via email, including the approved resolution (supplementary service, 50% partial refund, or negotiated 100% full refund).

3.5 For approved refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after confirmation;

No additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding bank/payment processor fees, which are non-refundable).

4. Supplementary Service Terms

4.1 The free supplementary writing service is limited to one use per eligible order and must be based on the original order requirements (no major changes to the topic, scope, or core demands).

4.2 The supplementary service will be delivered within the same time frame as the original order (or as mutually agreed upon).

4.3 If you reject the supplementary service without valid reasons, you will still be eligible for the 50% partial refund, but the 100% full refund negotiation right may be waived.
